It gives me immense pleasure in presenting to our readers the inaugural issue of the “SVIL e-Magazine of Law”, published under the auspices of SVIL, Indore, India.

The e-Magazineis envisioned to promote awareness among the members of public in general and of legal fraternity in particular, about different aspects of law, capturing the nascent issues, in National and International context.

I am extremely thankful to Patron-in-chief, Patrons, members of the Advisory board, members of Editorial board and Technical Committee for their encouragement, guidance and support.
